We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with Laci Asmara’s products and services. Products are available here designed to be durable, safe and reliable. But sometimes, things still go wrong. In the unlikely case this happens, we are here to make it right.

We always love to see you happy, but are unable to accept:

1. Refund.
2. Returns on knickers, lingerie, mask or any leather materials.
3. Request of importing certain products.

Products shall be replaced under the following conditions:

1. Damaged when received, provided there is material proof to process the claim 
2. Defected products.
3. Product received is not what ordered.

Claims need be submitted along with with original packaging and all labels intact. The claim must be received no later than 2 x 24 hours from the receipt of the order.

Products purchased have manufacture warranty of twelve months. Discounted products however are given 30 days warranty. 

The new replacement product will be sent to customers within 7 working days. We only replace defected product once. If somewhat the product is not available, the fund will be credited as a voucher to be used in Laci Asmara within 30 days. The value will be the same as the value of the product purchased and cant be exchanged for cash nor refund-able. There will be no change given, valid for one redemption per purchase.

Always read the user manual and follow operating instructions. Pay special attention on the do’s and don’ts and how to take care of the purchased product/s.
